淡々と授業は続く。
商業科２年は、週明けで復習を怠ると悲惨なことになるので、授業の約半分の時間を費やし、語・句の仕込みの自己診断から、ペアでの日→英復元を経ての自己診断修正をやってから、部分の理解が増したら全体の理解がどのように増したのか、教科書プリントの「音読三昧」セクションでの何も書き込みのない英文を見ながら範読を聞き確認。不十分なところを、書き込みのあるセクションに戻って再確認。で、残りの時間で、テーマ関連語彙と用例の補充。この段階の指導を、ディクテーションと辞書指導とリンクさせて切り抜けています。

など、日本語でテーマに関わるキーワードを与え、英和辞典の該当ページのみを伝え、その内容を表す英文を読み上げ、聴き取り書き取りをして、英文が正しいか辞書を確認する、というだけのものです。辞書に適切な例文がないものは、私が例文を補充しています。まあ、続けることに意味があるだろうと思います。
進学クラスの１年は課題のやり直し。
２年は『やれでき』での定番の指導。今日は「副詞感覚」。
不定詞の副詞的用法は、まとまって「副詞」の働きをするもの全てをひっくるめて貼られたラベル。いろんなものがごちゃごちゃと入っています。名詞、形容詞といったはっきりした行き場のない、身寄りのないものたちの面倒をみる「福祉」のような役割を担わされているけれど、福祉基盤がしっかりしていない社会は破綻するのです。
ということで、類例を並べての相互比較で類似点を見いだす打開策と、その英文が答えとなるような疑問文とのペアで支える打開策とを示す。
ポール先生からFBで回ってきた「雑誌の表紙」と思しき英語表現を拡大コピーして、元々は何と書いてあったかを宿題に。
放課後はビデオ撮りのリハーサル。研究授業に対応した録音録画の機材などないので、音声がどの程度クリアーに入るか。playersとvisitorsが余りよく聞こえない。私の発音が今ひとつということだね。
本日の学び直しは、「フォニクス」の流れから、「発音」と「綴り字」。
夜はサッカーの世界杯予選。
単純明快な戦術と屈強な身体の怖さを改めて感じた。
それにしても内田の退場・次試合欠場は残念。
８月のELEC協議会の研修会に向けて、資料の整理も始めました。
まずは、現任校での生徒の作文のprocessとproductから。
「帽子売りと猿」の原稿から一つだけ。動詞の活用など基本的なミスもそのまま載せてあります。
This is a story about an old man who had a quick wit and many monkeys that had healthy tricks.
The old man had a long beard. He was a hat seller. He had walked a long way from town to town to sell baskets of hats before arriving here.He was very tired so that he was sitting and taking a rest under a tree. There were many monkeys on branches of the tree. Many monkeys were playing and amused together in the tree. But he didn’t worry about them and fell asleep soon.
After a while, the monkeys were interested in the hats and climbed down the tree. The monkeys wore the hats or had that. It was so noisy around the old man that he awakened. He was surprised at each one of the monkeys wore his hats. It was very shocked at the sight.
At once he was frustrated, so he shaked his fist at them. But they were amused at what he was doing and shaked their fist as he was doing. He was troubled and took off his hat and scratched his head. Then the monkeys copied him again. Then he realized that the monkeys had imitated what he had done. He thought of a good idea. He let go of the hat which he had had on the ground. Then the monkeys imitated what he was doing. It was just as he expected. He was satisfied with the result and went home. (248 words)
活かしどころ矯めどころを考えながら、これにどのようなフィードバックを与え、さらにgradeをつけるか、というようなことも研修会で取り上げてみたいと思います。
